Exchange & Return Policy

Without prejudice to any contractual or statutory warranty provisions, the customer has the right to exchange the product purchased from the store within three days from the date of receiving the product. No exchange or return will be accepted after three days have passed.
To be eligible for exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition and unused, and the customer must not have benefited from it in any way. The store has the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange or return to ensure it is in good condition.
The customer bears the shipping costs in case of exchange or return. For international exchanges or returns, the customer bears all shipping costs and is responsible for delivering the product to the shipping company.
In the event of a defect or an error from the store, the customer will be compensated accordingly.

Products that were custom made based on the customer’s request or specifications, except in cases where the product is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications.
Video tapes, discs, CDs, or software that have been used.
Newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other copyrighted materials.
Products that show defects due to improper handling or misuse by the customer.
Contracts related to accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
Contracts involving the purchase of downloadable digital products or software via the internet.

Dress and Product Repair Policy

Damage caused by customer misuse
Dresses or products will not be repaired if the damage resulted from improper use by the customer.
Damage caused by store error
If the damage is due to an error from the store, the customer must notify us within 3 days from the date of purchase.
Once it is confirmed that the issue was caused by the store, we will cover the repair or replacement costs depending on the condition of the product.
